All classes are non-refundable non-transferable and expire on the date and time of the class.
Five Class Pass
Buy four classes and get one free with a Five Class Pass. Bookings commence on the first date selected for five consecutive weeks. For example, a Five Class Pass for Hatha flow will last for five weeks including the start date selected and expire on the fifth class. Five Class Pass is non-refundable, non-transferable, cannot be extended or shared and refunds will not be made pro-rata for a missed class.
For online classes please book a minimum of two hours before classes to ensure you receive your zoom link to allow time to prepare for the class. Book and pay well in advance to secure your online spot and to receive your link.
For online classes a link will be sent to the email address you submitted when booking. Please check other inboxes, spam junk mail and promotional inboxes and change settings if required to receive future emails from Yogamenda.
For offline classes, courses and workshops, you will receive a confirmation email from Yogamenda in advance of the class.
Booking classes, workshops and courses in advance
You may book in advance for classes, workshops and courses online. Bookings are not accepted over the phone or email.
Classes cancellation policy
You may cancel a pre-booked single online class up to two hours before the class (not applicable to Five Class Pass holders). You will receive a credit for an alternative date
If you do not cancel you will still be charged and no credit issued.
Workshops and courses cancellation policy
A refund will be made for cancellations made more than 14 days before the start date, after a deduction of 10% admin fee. Refund requests will not be accepted if we are informed less than 14 days unless a doctor has stated that you cannot attend.
A credit or refund will be issued if:
A workshop or course is sold and there is a waiting list
The workshop is cancelled by Yogamenda.
If you wish to give your space to someone else, please send a email with their details 48 hours before and ensure that they sign the waiver.
Yogamenda reserves the right to cancel the course or workshop at any time. If a course or workshop is cancelled prior to the start date, it may be rescheduled and if students cannot attend the new course or workshop, 100% refunds will be made or be transferred to another workshop of equal value. Yogamenda is not responsible for any costs such as transportation, accommodation or any additional loss.
Course prices will not be refunded pro-rata if you are unable to attend all sessions.

Seek our written permission if you would like to link to our website or copy our content in any way shape for form. By supplying us with material via digital or hard copy, you allow us unlimited, royalty-free use of its content.

By registering with Yogamenda you agree that :
You are participating voluntarily in an online or offline class, course or workshop or retreat offered by Yogamenda. You recognise that with any physical exercise there are varying levels of rigour and intensity. By purchasing any services on this site, you are fully aware that movement practices require physical exertion and with that comes risk of injury, even serious or disabling. You accept the risk and when participating in classes and offerings of Yogamenda and you agree to waive any claims of risk, injury or damages, known or unknown in the future which you might incur as a result of participating in any Yogamenda activities.
You understand you may receive physical or verbal assists or adjustments to enhance or support your body posture during the class. You will take accountability for alerting the teacher of any injury or impairment in advance before class begins or if you do not want to receive any assists.
You understand that Yogamenda reserves the right to make alterations to the timetable and instructors and/or equipment, terms and conditions with minimal notice.
To the best of my knowledge and belief I am in good health and not knowingly incapable of engaging in physical activity, and that such activity would not be detrimental to my health, safety, comfort well-being or physical condition. Further, I will advise Yogamenda immediately should my health or vulnerability to injury change.
Yoga is not a substitute for medical attention, examination diagnosis or treatment. Yoga is not recommended and is not safe under certain medical conditions. (Yoga teachers are not medically trained and should you have any concerns with your health and fitness you should seek independent medical advice before engaging in any activity).
You are responsible to decide whether to practice yoga and irrevocably release and waive any claims against your teacher and/or Yogamenda.
If you feel any pain or discomfort you must listen to your body, adjust the posture and ask for support from the teacher.
You understand that any photos and videos maybe taken of the class and used by Yogamenda.
