If you can touch your toes, great. If you can’t, yet… that’s great too. Yoga is not about how far we go, but the journey we take along the way…
I was diagnosed with positional vertigo which was debilitating every day for about 18 months. At the time I was heavily into intensive circuit training because I felt yoga would not give me what I needed. But wasn’t yoga all about balance? I decided to give it a try and see if it would help. It did, there was a difference from that very first class; But I found so much more than exercise, and so much more than just balancing.
