Liability Waiver

By registering with Yogamenda you agree that:

You are participating voluntarily in an online or offline class, course, workshop or retreat offered by Yogamenda. You recognise that with any physical exercise there are varying levels of rigour and intensity. By purchasing any yoga services on this site, you are fully aware that movement practices require physical exertion and with that comes risk of injury, even serious or disabling. You accept the risk and when participating in classes and offerings of Yogamenda you agree to waive any claims of risk, injury or damages known or unknown in the future, which you might incur as a result of participating in any Yogamenda activities.

You understand you may receive physical or verbal assists to support your body posture during the class. You will take accountability for alerting the teacher of any injury or impairment in advance before class begins or if you do not want to receive any assists.

You understand that Yogamenda reserves the right to make alterations to the timetable and instructors, equipment or terms and conditions with minimal notice.

To the best of your knowledge and belief, you are in good health and not knowingly incapable of engaging in physical activity and that such activity would not be detrimental to your health, safety, comfort well-being or physical condition. Further, you will advise Yogamenda immediately should my health or vulnerability to injury change.

If you feel any pain or discomfort you must listen to your body, adjust the posture and ask for support from the teacher.

Yoga is not a substitute for medical attention, examination diagnosis or treatment. Yoga is not recommended and is not safe under certain medical conditions.  (Yoga teachers are not medically trained and should you have any concerns with your health and fitness you should seek independent medical advice before engaging in any activity).

You understand that any photos and videos maybe taken of the class and used by Yogamenda.
