Hatha Raja is a complete yoga practice. It is a combination of Hatha yoga where breathing techniques are used to guide the physical practice leading to greater strength and flexibility and Raja Yoga, a pursuit of focus, concentration and relief from stress. A regular Hatha Raja practice leads to steadiness, where the breath and the body flow together in state of moving meditation, where we can let can let go of the distractions that surround us.
This studio session will leave you feeling energised, balanced and content having worked the body and relaxed the mind. All levels of yoga experience welcome. Come and full-joy!
