Take time out every Saturday morning for six weeks to get into the habit of a regular yoga practice. Perhaps you are new to yoga and would like to discover what it’s all about or maybe you haven’t been to yoga for a while and would like to ease your way back. Whatever the reason, we’ll take a gentle pace and gradually introduce postures over the six sessions, to enjoy the sensation of how each posture feels in our bodies.
We are individually unique, different and perfect just as we are. This course will take you through a yoga practice with no judgement whatsoever. We’ll just turn up to energise the body, calm the mind and uplift the spirit which is what we all need, regardless of level of fitness, age or ability.
